For the geek who has everything...
...or the wage slave. This nifty little program is just a timer that interupts you every so often when you're at the computer to ensure you stretch, get away from the machine every now and then and ever so slightly reduce your risk of carpal tunnel syndrome, RSI, eye strain, trauchoma, cancer or whatever else being bombarded with electrons 8 hours a day could plausibly do to you. It's Open Source too, which means it's free.
It's a little bit buggy, but completely usable. It does take a little bit of configuring to get it to work the way you want in my experience though. It also takes a little while to work out all the things it does.
Basically, it runs three timers. One times how long you been on the computer that day so you can limit your daily usage to how ever many hours you think is healthy (default is 4, which is depressing for the wage slaves). Another timer runs regular "Rest Breaks", I've got mine set to about hourly. These last a few minutes and display some funkily animated stretches for a bit and then tell you to get up and leave your computer for a little bit - ie. go get a coffee/
