CNN on Bush's emergency agency crony

CNN has one of the most revealing stories I've seen in a long time. A Senate committee has released the emails circulating around FEMA offices while hurrican Katrina was going down and the view they give is chilling. Imagine the most clueless, air-headed, out-of-touch manager you've ever worked under or seen, and then imagine a dim-witted frat-boy President putting this guy in charge of the Federal Emergency Management Agency!

In the lead up to the storm Michael Brown - "Brownie", Bush's good buddy - was discussing his clothing for press appearances, answering office email about dog-sitting and eating-out on the road and leaving critical emails to sit for four days before passing them on to the relevant people.

Over 1200 people died in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina.

But remember, a vote for Bush is a vote for 'moral values'.
