The future of the left

Adbusters are hosting a forum in the wake of the disastrous US elections asking why the left is failing so badly.

One of the possible goods to come out of this election is such a shock to the system for the left that some of the tired old ways that having been failing to achieve anything for a while now will have to be rethought. Its good to see someone recognizing that fact and trying to kick it off.

What do you think needs to change to stop the slide to the selfish right?
